Job Description

Implementation Specialist (On-Site) at UrVenue Las Vegas, Nevada
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and driven Implementation Specialist to join Urvenue's Implementation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring company software to meet client needs and assisting with troubleshooting potential system or configuration errors. You can expect to work closely with internal teams as well as interact with some clients in-person or via phone and email. To be successful in this role you must be well organized, self-motivated, and have a technical aptitude for software and hardware configurations. You are able to successfully manage a fluctuating workload of changing priorities without being easily overwhelmed. You are a quick learner and are customer service focused. This is a full-time non-remote position and will report to the Implementation Manager at our corporate offices in Las Vegas, NV.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Configure UrVenue's proprietary software to meet client needs and specifications Evaluate system configurations for quality, accuracy, and completeness Communicate status updates via internal project management tools Interpret client requirements from written and verbal communications Review and resolve client inquiries and provide detailed information on resolution. Maintain and assist with the creation of internal documentation (including client notes, processes and procedure) Provide onsite assistance for software launches and hardware setup Identify and find missing key details required for system configuration Be available as an escalation point for on-call shifts Support and assist on projects as needed
WHO YOU ARE
Possess excellent organizational skills and are comfortable with managing a shifting workload Adept in clear and concise verbal and written communication in a professional setting Capable of working independently and in a team setting, and contribute to a constructive work environment Experienced with SaaS software and have solid working knowledge of modern technology Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Adaptable and reliable team player Solution oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
