Systems and Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Systems and Reporting Analyst at Dollar Loan Center is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's reporting systems. This role involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, and supporting decision-making processes through effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting systems to support business operations and decision-making. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business improvements. Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver customized solutions. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and validations. Create and maintain documentation for reporting processes and systems. Provide technical support and training to users on reporting tools and systems. Work with IT and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades and improvements. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless reporting operations.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or reporting roles. Proven track record of working with data management systems and reporting tools. Experience in financial services or lending industry is preferred. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing reporting solutions for business operations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis and reporting software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage.
