Jr. Systems Analyst Belvista Software, LLC East Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Full Job Description Jr. Systems Analyst The Jr. Systems Analyst is a technical contributor and problem solver who provides troubleshooting, workflow and other business solutions to clients. This position will be involved in the analysis, design, development, and testing of business workflow and data conversion solutions. About Belvista Software Belvista Software provides advanced technology solutions to the accounts receivable industry. Our fully managed collection systems enable debt collection agencies to take advantage of advanced workflow, automation, and communication technologies to streamline processes and create engaging experiences for their clients and consumers. Responsibilities The Jr. Systems Analyst provides a wide range of support to Belvista Software's clients and internal team members including: Troubleshoot client software bugs and workflow issues, identifying root causes and recommended actions. Complete business workflow implementation and conversion processes. Working with clients to determine specific needs, requirements and recommend technical solutions to business challenges. Develop and maintain an understanding of Belvista Software's product offerings. Develop, test, and deploy customized conversion T-SQL scripts. Perform quality assurance testing on changes. Continued personal development and training on technology and best practices. Providing input and support on a wide variety of business problems to improve the company's offerings and ability to support clients. Experience Our primary criteria for this role is an individual that is self-driven, brings technical experience and can adapt to changing business conditions. Our team trains the rest.
Helpful experience includes:
Experience with SSMS and T-SQL is a plus. Following a structured software development life cycle. Complex problem-solving skills. Experience with object oriented programming languages (C#, .NET, Java, Python, etc…) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
