Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst with strong healthcare workforce scheduling implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS, including schedule data conversion, SQL-based validation, and HR system integrations. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and optimization of Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS scheduling systems Perform schedule data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation Use SQL and Advanced Excel for data analysis and troubleshooting Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing activities Collaborate with HR, clinical, IT, and business teams to validate workflows and resolve issues Assist with Epic and PCC integration testing activities Required Skills Experience with Clairvia, UKG, or ANSOS scheduling implementations Prior schedule data conversion and migration experience Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills Experience supporting PeopleSoft HR imports Healthcare application testing and workflow validation experience Preferred Epic or PCC integration testing exposure Hospital or healthcare environment experience
