Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Information System Analyst to manage, optimize, and support enterprise information systems with a focus on JD Edwards. The role will analyze business requirements, develop and maintain reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights from data to support operational and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of JD Edwards and databases with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary analyst and technical resource for JD Edwards modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools to provide timely, accurate business intelligence.

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities; create and execute test plans and address defects.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and reporting logic.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to implement system improvements and integrations.

Provide end-user support and training for JD Edwards functions and reporting tools; create user guides and runbooks.

Monitor system performance and propose optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience working with JD Edwards (or similar ERP systems) implementing, supporting, or configuring modules.

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing reports and dashboards with reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data validation, and building data-driven solutions.

Familiarity with integration technologies, APIs, and data ETL processes.

Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and commitment to data quality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with system upgrades, testing methodologies, and release management is a plus.

Relevant certifications (JD Edwards, SQL, or BI/reporting tool certifications) are advantageous.
