About Us:
Kimble Recycling and Disposal, Inc. is a leader in waste & recycling. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As part of our dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet, we are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Systems Analyst to assist in overseeing the management and utilization of our in-vehicle camera systems. This position is on-site in Dover, OH. Applicants must be within a 50-mile radius.
Position Summary:
The Safety Systems Analyst is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining fleet camera systems to support driver safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role will oversee camera data reviews, reporting, troubleshooting, and communication with supervisors, and management regarding safety events and performance trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage aspects of fleet camera technology and software platforms. Review and analyze camera event data, including safety alerts, video clips, and driver performance metrics. Generate regular reports on safety events, trends, and compliance for management review. Collaborate with operations teams to address at-risk driving behaviors and recognize positive performance. Assist in training supervisors and drivers on proper use of camera technology, policies, and expectations. Ensure cameras are operational across the fleet. Maintain accurate records of incidents, events, and system activity. Support accident investigations with video evidence and reporting, as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with fleet camera systems preferred. Strong computer and data analysis skills (Excel, reporting tools, camera platforms). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers, supervisors, and leadership teams. Knowledge of DOT safety regulations a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive safety information.
