Working Maintenance Supervisor

SpringVale Health Centers, Inc. , is seeking a full time Working Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role will perform general maintenance at the main agency site and all satellite offices and will oversee all maintenance operations within a healthcare facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and fully operational environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff, maintaining critical building systems, and ensuring strict adherence to healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols as well as other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High school diploma with minimum of 5 years of documented experience in facility maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems required and two years of driving experience highly preferred; strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems required and boiler experience preferred; experience with inventory management, purchasing and supply tracking; solid knowledge of fire codes, life safety systems, and related safety equipment; working knowledge of building codes and OSHA regulations required and familiarity with healthcare compliance standards preferred; bed bug program experience or licensure preferred or willing to learn; proficient in Microsoft Office; prior supervisory experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is a plus.
