Key Responsibilities Cross-Department Solutions Support Provide systems and technical support across multiple departments based on organizational needs and priorities Partner with departments such as Finance, Events, Marketing, Development, and others to understand business needs and translate them into effective system solutions Quickly learn new business processes, systems and workflows to provide effective support in unfamiliar areas Serve as a flexible resource for projects, initiatives and operational needs that do not have a dedicated Solutions Specialist Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve the way teams use technology Develop broad organizational knowledge and system expertise Automation & Data Management Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, automations, workflows, reports and dashboards across multiple functional areas Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and technical solutions Ensure data is accurate, consistent and appropriately managed across systems Support the implementation, testing and ongoing maintenance of new systems and technologies Collaborate with technical team members to ensure solutions are stable, scalable and sustainable Support data cleanup, migration, reporting and other CRM initiatives as organizational needs arise Develop an understanding of how data flows across departments and systems Department & Operational Support Serve as a temporary or supplemental IT/systems partner to departments that do not have a dedicated Solutions Specialist Participate in departmental planning and project meetings to understand upcoming system needs and identify technical requirements Support time-sensitive initiatives and organizational priorities that require additional Solutions Specialist capacity Investigate system issues and determine root causes rather than relying on workarounds Troubleshoot problems across applications, automations, data, and business processes Discern when to solve an issue independently and when to involve other team members Balance competing priorities of varying urgencies across multiple departments while maintaining strong follow-through Bring an ownership mindset to problems, seeing issues through to resolution rather than simply passing them along Documentation & Process Improvement Document system configurations, workflows, automations, integrations and business processes Maintain clear documentation that enables other Solutions Specialists to understand and support solutions Follow and reinforce IT governance standards for system changes, data management and automation development Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability and user experience Build repeatable solutions and processes that can eventually be transitioned to dedicated department Solutions Specialists Qualifications A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes quickly Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to translate business and operational needs into practical technical solutions Strong understanding of system integrations, data flow and automation Experience supporting multiple departments, business functions, or diverse operational needs Ability to manage competing priorities and shift focus based on organizational needs Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organized with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through Ability to build trust and effective working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders Strong understanding of system integrations, data flow and automation Experience with process improvement, business analysis, or systems implementation (preferred) Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field (preferred) Salary and benefits From $45,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision coverage for qualified employees Retirement plan, including employer match Unlimited PTO for qualified employees LifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law. The IT Solutions Coordinator sits at the intersection of IT and the broader organization, providing flexible systems support across multiple departments and business functions. Rather than being dedicated to a single department, this role serves as a versatile resource, stepping into areas of greatest need while developing board organizational knowledge and technical expertise.
