We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Supply Chain Systems Specialist to support enterprise applications, process improvement initiatives, and strategic operationalprograms. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and business transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance system capabilities, improve operational performance, and lead initiatives that drive efficiency, scalability, and business value across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise business systems that enable supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and operational processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles. Develop and maintain reporting, analytical models, and performance metrics to support operational decision-making. Partner with business, technology, and functional teams to identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation. Support strategic initiatives involving enterprise applications, integrations, and digital transformation efforts. Perform data analysis and process evaluations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate system enhancements, testing, implementation activities, and user adoption efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization to drive successful project execution. Provide ongoing support for business-critical systems and participate in issue resolution and root-cause analysis. Contribute to operational excellence initiatives by applying analytical and problem-solving techniques to complex business challenges. Support business operations that may require schedule flexibility, periodic travel, and collaboration across multiple locations and time zones. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in business systems, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or related functions. 3+ years of experience supporting, developing, or administering enterprise business systems. Working knowledge of Lean methodologies with demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement principles. Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend sustainable solutions. Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms such as: ERP Systems Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Systems Other interconnected enterprise applications Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives across functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience Knowledge of:

Statistical Analysis Regression Analysis Statistical Process Control (SPC) Financial Analysis Process Analytics Data Modeling Experience with business intelligence, reporting, and analytical tools. Exposure to digital transformation, operational excellence, or systems modernization initiatives. Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial operations. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving business priorities.
