Job Description
- Support in the design, configuration, and deployment of Employee Central Skills components, Phenom Talent CRM, and Fieldglass.
- Assist in testing and coordination of biannual EC, Phenom Talent CRM, and Fieldglass upgrade releases
- Support providing SOX reporting and evidence
- Execute assigned testing activities and document results
- Help address and resolve system issues during testing Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Serve as a Point of Contact for HR, project teams, and IT.
- Help support mass data loads and organizational changes
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions.
- Provide guidance to HR teams on Employee Central Skills, Phenom Talent CRM, and Fieldglass tools.
- Provide ongoing system support and issue resolution. Process Improvement & Strategic Alignment
- Support enhancements to Employee Central Skills, Phenom Talent CRM, and Fieldglass processes.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in translating HR business needs into functional/technical solutions.
- Stay current with updates and best practices. Documentation, Compliance & Change Management
- Documentation of business requirements, flows, and system configs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation.
- Support change management during updates or rollouts. Training & Enablement
- Provide training and support to HR users. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
- Validate systems function as expected and meet quality standards. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting
- Timely resolution of system issues.
- Minimize disruption to HR processes.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources Systems or related fieldMinimum Experience:
2+ years' experience as aHR Business Analyst/Business Process Owner/Business Systems Administrator Other Job-Specific Skills :
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central components, Phenom, or Fieldglass. Experience in configuring, testing, and supporting processes in SuccessFactors, Phenom Talent CRM, or Fieldglass. Strong functional analyst skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Able to work independently will moderate supervision.
