About This Internship The IT Intern at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) will gain hands-on experience in desktop support, software upgrades, and IT infrastructure management . This internship is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field , offering opportunities to work directly with IT professionals on system upgrades, troubleshooting, and hardware/software support . Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support , assisting employees with hardware and software troubleshooting Support Windows operating system upgrades, including Windows 11 implementation Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Office products Work with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and user support services Required Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of computer hardware, Microsoft Office products, and Windows operating systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills & Experience Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with desktop support, system upgrades, or IT troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows 11 deployment and enterprise software environments
