This role is responsible for system administration, user support, reporting, workflow optimization, integrations, and continuous process improvement across Finance, HR, Payroll, and related business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support the organization's financial ERP system, including user access, security, workflows, and system configuration. Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support business and financial decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance system efficiency. Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, testing, and new functionality implementations. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation efforts. Ensure data integrity and support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, HRIS, payroll, financial, or other enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, Revenue/Billing, or related business processes. Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support and train non-technical users. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BI and dashboard tools is a plus. #LI-EM1 #
