This individual will be responsible for monitoring tools and management consoles to proactively identify and resolve network, system, storage, and security faults. This position is onsite and is located in the city of Pittsburgh. Internship or 6 months of work experience in an IT support role is a must.
Responsibilities:
Ability to monitor status of multiple displays simultaneously and excellent observational skills required in order to identify and respond to situations that arise is required. Good analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication skills Document relevant information on faults and other issues in call tracking systems No C2C is available for this role.
