Serve as the strategic leader for enterprise-wide tooling systems, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, manage critical initiatives, and enhance operational performance. Own the lifecycle of tooling data, systems, and technical enhancements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Leverage advanced analytics to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation through cross-functional partnerships, training programs, and development initiatives that strengthen team capabilities and accelerate business success. How You'll Make an Impact FS Tooling Operations systems and digital initiatives , serving as the site lead for system implementations, enhancements, modifications, technical support, and enterprise-wide business solutions that improve service levels, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence. Develop, manage, and optimize data architecture and operational systems , including data governance, KPI development, performance reporting, database design, and analytics that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across tooling operations. Analyze operational processes, systems, and equipment by conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, discrepancy investigations, and business impact assessments to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions. Partner with operations teams, product lines, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operating procedures, maximize system efficiencies, resolve technical issues, and serve as the primary liaison for internal and external systems-related initiatives. Drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights, monitoring business performance, streamlining workflows, and implementing process improvements across warehouse, field service, and tooling operations. Champion workforce capability and organizational success by providing training and knowledge sharing, maintaining expertise in emerging digital technologies and business analysis methodologies, supporting employee development, and leading special projects and strategic initiatives as required. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, and supply chain operations, including SAP. Candidates with additional experience may be considered for a higher-level role. Proficiency in SQL and data querying, including subqueries, query optimization, indexing, pivoting, and data analysis techniques. Advanced experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms. Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas (e.g., HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, arrays), data modeling, and macro development; VBA programming experience highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and data integrity while managing complex datasets and reporting requirements. Proven intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking, solve complex problems, and leverage exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
