Job Description

BSI is seeking an Associate Human Capital Management (HCM) Benefits Analyst to join our growing Technology Services team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in building, managing, and optimizing benefits administration platforms, with a primary focus on Employee Navigator. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate system configuration, successful implementations, and exceptional user experiences. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and becoming a trusted expert in benefits technology. What Makes this Job So Unique? Build, configure, and maintain Employee Navigator, bswift, ADP and other benefits administration platforms for BSI clients. Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits administration technology, providing guidance and support to both clients and internal teams. Audit, scrub, and validate data to ensure accuracy across benefits administration systems and carrier integrations. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Develop and enhance implementation processes, data transfer procedures, and system workflows. Train clients and internal team members on platform functionality and best practices. Manage multiple implementation projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiencies, and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with account teams, customer service representatives, and technology partners to ensure successful client outcomes. Assist with testing, quality assurance, and system enhancements to maintain data integrity and platform performance.
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing HCM systems. Experience implementing benefits administration modules or Employee Navigator a plus. A strong understanding of HR and benefits administration processes and how they translate into system requirements Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies. Experience auditing data and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience supporting multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery requirements gathering, data conversion, configuration review, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization. Confidence facilitating client meetings and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Google Drive, ClickUp (or similar project management software experience). Ability to travel to client locations and meetings as needed.
