Job Description

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting on-site 3 days a week in Washington, DC. The CDRL Management Analyst will support Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and correspondence management for a NAVSEA acquisition program. They will be responsible for organizing, tracking, validating, delivering, and maintaining contractual technical data throughout a defense program's life cycle. Responsibilities Manage project document repositories, coordinating data submissions between engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and program management teams, ensuring compliance with DoD and Navy standards, monitoring delivery schedules, and CDRL milestones, maintaining configuration control, and supporting audits or government reviews Frequently work with technical manuals, software documentation, engineering drawings, provisioning data, cybersecurity artifacts, and life cycle support records Assist with tracking, identifying and scheduling CDRL submittals/changes, and the parent Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) Provide real-time CDRL distribution list updates Generate automated CDRL performance metrics and statistics for multiple contracts and events Review Data Monitor CDRL comment due dates and any modifications to current contracts Coordinate, schedule and attend CDRL meetings with government and contractor stakeholders Prepare briefings, presentations and reports Strong attention to detail is essential because deliverables are tied directly to contract compliance and acceptance criteria Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree AND 5+ years of relevant Navy/DoD program management experience OR 8 years of relevant Navy/DoD program management experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 2 years of Navy/DoD program CDRL tracking experience Proficiency with document control systems such as SharePoint or document review/file management systems Clear effective verbal and written communication skills to work with government and contractor stakeholders Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively with minimal supervision Proficiency with MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams Strong organizational skills, spreadsheet/database proficiency, and schedule coordination ability Knowledge of Navy or DoD standards, including MIL-STD documentation practices, records retention rules, and secure handling of controlled information Active DoD Secret Clearance required Additional (Highly Desired)

program office Experience with defense acquisition processes, CDRL/Data Item Description (DID) structures, and understanding of configuration management principles Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
