Job Description
- Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature and CLM, if applicable, in an enterprise environment.
- Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reporting.
- Develop and support DocuSign APIs and out-of-the-box integrations with enterprise platforms such as CRMs, including Salesforce, document management systems, and Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
- Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to open, track, and resolve tickets.
- Support change management, releases, and platform upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with validated system requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11, documentation, audit readiness, and electronic signature controls.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign.
- Promote best practices and continuously improve platform stability and user adoption.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities within defined SLAs.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for business-critical application issues.
- Support enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms, with strong hands-on DocuSign experience.
- Deep expertise in DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting.
- Strong experience with the DocuSign Admin Console and account configuration.
- Experience integrating DocuSign using REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of JSON and XML, with
XSD/XSLT
knowledge preferred.- Experience configuring SSO using SAML 2.0 and OAuth.
- Strong experience working in validated environments with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications across UNIX and Windows platforms, including log analysis.
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot high-volume, business-critical applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in a cross-functional, global environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering DocuSign implementation or migration projects.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM.
- Experience migrating from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign.
- Exposure to GxP systems beyond 21 CFR Part 11.
- Experience mentoring, training, and enabling support teams.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
