Pay Rate:

$29-42/hr HYBRID-onsite 2 days, remote 3 days

What You'll Be Doing:

The Department is a team of collaborative professionals and creative thinkers that drive innovation of interconnection tools and processes. Join our team as an Analyst, where you'll work closely with engineering teams to support these activities.

• Maintains, cultivates and coordinates internal and external relationships.
• Completes general administrative tasks utilizing the MSOffice suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Assist engineers in support of analytical studies, project tracking and management of financials and related documents.
• Support requests for data and metrics.
• Maintain electronic and paper department and division files and records.
• Assist in maintaining the Planning website as an accurate source of information for all related planning activities.
• Support the interconnection process and any parallel processes including database support, process completed studies and executed contracts.
• Serves as the first point of contact for new customers that have questions about the interconnection process and refunds.
• Process incoming Service Requests and study agreements per the timing required by the OATT.

Required:

BS - Business Administration or similar

• 3+ years of experience performing a similar role
• Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Experience using verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint) SAP is preferred What's In It For You?
