CDC , Public Trust Journeyman Computer Systems Analyst SHINE Systems is seeking a Palantir Data Engineer to support mission-critical projects leveraging Palantir Foundry. In this role, you will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines, robust applications, and integrated data solutions that drive real-world impact.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines using Foundry applications to ingest, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources. Assist in building modular applications and workflows using TypeScript, Python, and Foundry's Artificial Intelligence Platform. Collaborate with senior engineers and mission stakeholders to refine data models, ontology mapping, and logic workflows. Use Git and CI/CD practices to version, test, and deploy your work within an agile team. Support debugging, testing, and performance tuning of data applications and transformations. Participate in Foundry workshops, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while learning the full software development lifecycle in a high-impact domain.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or software development role Experience in Palantir Foundry (equivalent experience may be considered to meet this requirement) Experience with Python or TypeScript Experience with Git-based repositories and Agile workflows Possession of working knowledge of SQL and data integration best practices Possession of excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn in fast-paced environments Bachelor's Degree Nice to

Active CDC Badge/Public Trust Clearance Experience in mission-oriented or logistics-heavy analytics environments Knowledge of data modeling, ontology development, or data visualization within Foundry Familiarity with DevSecOps principles or secure software lifecycle methodologies
