Open Text Focus Systems Analyst 4

Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced OpenText Focus System Analyst Level 4 to lead complex software development and integration projects. This role requires a local candidate to work onsite 4 days per week and serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and managing mission-critical application support. Key Responsibilities Lead software development and integration projects using OpenText solutions. Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers to define software specifications. Implement and configure OpenText applications, integrating with SAP and other systems. Provide 24x7 support for core and mission-critical applications. Mentor junior staff and ensure deliverables adhere to SDLC best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert and drive process improvements. Technical Requirements OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAP, Archive Center, Content Server, Capture Center, Enterprise Scan, Web Viewer, Vendor Invoice Management, Intelligent Capture Center, and Directory Services. C# programming for OpenText API preferred; OpenText Exstream experience a plus. Expert knowledge of business software applications and IT technologies. Familiarity with SDLC, process improvement, and IT architecture standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent (experience may substitute for degree). 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development; 12+ preferred. Professional certifications in related disciplines preferred. Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Authorized to work in the U.S. and local to Tampa Bay, FL.
