Program Support Analyst
DURATION
6 months with possible extensionsPay Range:
$25.00 - $35.00 Hybrid onsite Monday & Tuesday This role provides analytical, administrative, and program support for the Request for Attachment (RFA) process within Joint Pole Operations. Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking RFA requests from initiation through completion; gathering and researching technical and operational data; maintaining records and workflow systems; monitoring project status and performance metrics; and ensuring compliance with established attachment requirements and processes. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role supports the timely review, approval, and execution of RFAs; resolves routine operational issues; improves reporting and process efficiency; and ensures data accuracy across systems. Leveraging business and technical knowledge, the position contributes to program execution, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making to support organizational objectives and the safe, reliable management of attachment activities. Processing Requests for Attachment Applications (RFA's) Reviewing applications Ensuring compliance Coordinating reviews Communicating with applicants Tracking progress Maintaining accurate records in SAP.Required Skills/ Attributes:
Experience conducting utility asset, infrastructure, or telecommunications records analysis. Ability to perform detailed visual desktop reviews and field-audit validation of utility pole attachments and communication-space facilities.
