Job Description
Responsibilities (This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote) Join a dynamic organization driven by our passion for healthcare. The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Systems Analyst to focus on recruitment and HR systems support and process improvement strategies as the organization grows. This role will support Corporate and field users within the HR community. Identifying key areas to focus ongoing trainings and support in order to keep compliance and productivity within the recruitment technology ecosystems. Maintain and enhance the company's Recruitment and HR technology and processes. Troubleshoot functionality of HR and Recruitment related systems. One of the key responsibilities is to provide support and education to field users as well as management of field user/corporate user support ticketing system. Triage and support to remedy issues, provide solutions and educate end users of proper workflow within the systems. Maintain compliance and HR best practices through Recruitment systems and integrations. Ie. background check vendors, referencing vendors, ATS tools, text engagement, sourcing, candidate workflow support.

Adaptability:
can operate efficiently under pressure- Experience scheduling and leading meetings
- Experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years' experience working within HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations.

- HCM workflow knowledge required.
