We are seeking an experienced Senior Configuration Specialist to provide advanced configuration management support across complex defense research and production programs. In this role, you will manage version control processes, maintain configuration baselines, support formal change control activities, and coordinate the preparation, tracking, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables in accordance with contractual and customer requirements. Your work will help ensure critical program information remains controlled, traceable, and accurate throughout the program lifecycle, supporting disciplined program execution and the successful delivery of complex aerospace and defense systems. Working across engineering, program management, quality, contracts, and customer stakeholders, you will apply in-depth configuration management expertise and sound professional judgment to maintain the accuracy, integrity, traceability, and control of program documentation, technical data, and contract deliverables. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, provide configuration management guidance to cross-functional teams, and help ensure configuration activities and deliverables remain aligned with program, contractual, and customer requirements.Benefits
