- Brentwood, TN Position Summary The responsibility of the Senior Application Analyst is to provide a detailed level of analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Business Systems and other related systems across the organization.
MEDITECH
Health Information Management (HIM) applications, including design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities. Analyze, document, and support HIM workflows to ensure efficient and compliant management of patient health information. Configure and maintainMEDITECH HIM
dictionaries, parameters, rules, forms, templates, and security settings. Collaborate with operational HIM leadership and end users to identify business needs and develop system solutions that improve workflow efficiency and data integrity. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support for HIM-related projects and enhancements. Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and vendor coordination for production incidents. Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation activities for upgrades, patches, and system changes. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, CMS requirements, state regulations, and organizational policies related to health information management.- Support electronic document management, scanning workflows, chart completion processes, deficiency management, release of information, and record retention functions.
MEDITECH
upgrades, migrations, conversions, and new module implementations. Provide advanced support for interfaces and integrated systems affecting HIM operations, including EMR, document imaging, and third-party applications. Create and maintain application documentation, workflow diagrams, support procedures, and knowledge base articles. Facilitate user training sessions and provide mentorship to analysts, super users, and operational staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Cycle, Clinical Informatics, Compliance, Privacy, IT Infrastructure, and vendors. Function as a subject matter expert forMEDITECH HIM

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge, & Skills Education Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience 10+ years' experience with Meditech Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Business Mathematical Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. Advanced Computer Skills
