The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) is the United States Navy's full-spectrum research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support center for submarines, autonomous underwater systems, and offensive and defensive weapons systems associated with undersea warfare.
Duties:
Support the
AN/BYG-1
Media Delivery Team in any tasks required including: Prepare transmittal paperwork for shipments Upload receipts and file electronically Track deliveries to ensure shipments have/had been received Review transmittals and shipments to ensure a quality product Handling and storage of classified and unclassified material BITs database tracking Alfresco database (where documentation is found) Follow up with Squadrons to confirm deliveries and notifications via phone calls/emails. Work closely with Division Heads to ensure their availability for signature of approval for all deliveries Work closely with Installation Team Leads to determine installation requirements Other tasks as assigned associated with BYG-1 media shipment/movement Media duplication efforts for support with fleet installation media Job Requirements Effective communication, both verbal and written Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Strong time management skills Experience in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Current DoD SECRET Clearance High School Diploma group id: 10126936 Apply now
