Smithfield, Rhode Island job type: Contract salary: $65 - 66 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: 10+ years of relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation Outstanding conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendations. Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives. Proven capacity to lead clarification and 'translation' of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter for database / data projects Strong data analysis skills that allow you to research and document the existing and future systems Strong hands?on skills in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and validation. Understanding and prior analysis/working knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs will be a plus. Experience working on ETL projects Solid understanding of database design concepts and experience working with platforms such as Oracle, Snowflake, AWS S3, and similar technologies Experience working in Agile delivery models (SCRUM and/or Kanban) qualifications: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to: Convey data findings and insights to business partners in clear, business?focused language
