Job Requirements Charleston, SC Top Secret/SCI Polygraph not specified Early Career (2+ yrs experience) $70,000 - $89,000 Job Description Overview The CM/ILS Program is seeking a qualified Systems Analyst who brings experience with Microsoft Power Apps and knowledge of defense life-cycle logistics for complex electronic and C4ISR systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI development, with a proven ability to analyze technical data and system specifications to ensure effective and compliant logistics solutions. This individual will support end-to-end life cycle management activities, including provisioning, maintenance planning, engineering change management, and configuration control, while collaborating across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and program stakeholders. The candidate should demonstrate strong familiarity with Navy logistics processes and systems, and the ability to develop, manage, and execute logistics plans, training materials, and sustainment documentation to ensure operational readiness and mission success. functions Provide part/provisioning research for fleet support cases. Identify excess material utilizing the fielding schedule and current installs TDPs to determine obsolete parts and inventory levels. Support Data calls for current ships baselines. Qualifications High School diploma/GED, related military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate. Four (4) years of experience solving technical problems. Trained in the skills and techniques related to engineering and/or software design/maintenance. 1 - 2 years of Microsoft Power Apps experience Possess a practical understanding of engineering/software concepts. Ensures that the product/service and process meet quality and safety standards. Experience includes testing equipment/system to make sure that the process operates effectively and safely. Individual shall be able to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens. Should have experience in computer-aided drafting (CAD), the ability to prepare shop drawings for model construction, and be familiar with material specifications and fabrication methods. Proficient at utilizing operational inventory management software tools such as CMPro, MS Power Apps, Excel, and Power Query to verify existing inventory levels and generate accurate and automated reports. They will also automate logistics reporting as necessary using these software suites to ensure efficient and real-time inventory monitoring.
