Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer information systems, business administration, higher education administration, business analytics, project management, or a related field. Experience four years of progressively responsible experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, technology operations, project coordination, process improvement, or a related field. Experience must include independent problem analysis and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree. Experience supporting enterprise applications in higher education, student affairs, enrollment management, or another complex service environment gathering business requirements, mapping processes, coordinating user acceptance testing, and supporting system implementations or upgrades. Experience with technology asset management, role-based access, procurement coordination, vendor management, contract renewals, or business continuity planning. Leading cross-functional projects without direct supervisory authority. Project management, business analysis, IT service management, change management, or relevant application certification.
