Work Arrangement:
Onsite Role Overview We are seeking an RFS Analyst with 1+ years of experience in project coordination, demand management, business analysis, or a related operational role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing work intake processes, tracking multiple initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining accurate project and operational documentation. The candidate will support Demand and Idea management activities in ServiceNow, coordinate assignments and approvals, track Projects and Project Change Requests, monitor SLAs, prepare reporting materials, and facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. Required Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, demand management, business analysis, or a related operational role
  • Experience managing work intake processes and tracking activities across multiple initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy across concurrent workstreams in a fast paced, client driven environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Experience working with client facing projects or stakeholder driven initiatives
  • Ability to analyze information, identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, and proactively drive follow up actions
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar workflow and work management platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience documenting meeting notes, action items, decisions, and status updates Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage Demand and Idea tickets in ServiceNow to ensure timely updates, accurate documentation, and SLA compliance
  • Coordinate internal communications to finalize functional and technical assignments for Demand and Idea tickets
  • Support the submission of approved solutions, cost estimates, and supporting documentation in ServiceNow
  • Assist with ServiceNow testing activities related to Idea, Demand, Project, and Project Change Request management processes
  • Track Ideas, Demands, Projects, and PCRs, proactively identifying and escalating risks, blockers, aging items, and overdue actions
  • Maintain Demand and Idea management trackers and provide status updates during customer, governance, and leadership meetings
  • Update leadership and customer facing reporting materials with accurate and timely information on active Ideas, Demands, Projects, and PCRs
  • Provide knowledge transfer to Project Managers on Demand to Project handoff activities, Shared Technology Services processes, and Project to Warranty transition requirements
  • Support project initiation, change management, and closeout activities, including ServiceNow record maintenance and PCR coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication and issue resolution
  • Provide guidance on Idea, Demand, Project, and PCR management processes, ensuring adherence to intake, approval, governance, and lifecycle management requirements
  • Capture and document meeting notes, decisions, risks, action items, and follow up activities
  • Collaborate with Demand Managers, Idea Managers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and project teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation throughout the lifecycle
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to intake, governance, reporting, and operational processes
  • Maintain compliance with contractual commitments, governance requirements, Service Level Agreements, and documentation standards Education Requirement
  • Relevant education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
