Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4 - May 21, 2027 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid in the Frisco, TX headquarters As an Information Technology Co-op you will: Analyze data, build reports, and identify insights that help drive company-wide strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that shape how we work and serve customers. Explore emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and advanced analytics to propose new ideas. Total Rewards:

$31.00/ hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or another related field Graduation date of December 2027 is preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Exposure to data visualization, programming, or ERP systems is a plus Please note: You must be work authorized in the United States on a full time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
