Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain ADP Payroll and Time & Attendance system configuration. Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities. Resolve payroll, timecard, overtime, shift, and attendance-related issues. Maintain payroll codes, employee payroll data, and HR system integrity. Coordinate benefits and 401(k) payroll configuration and integration. Maintain integrations between ADP, SAP, and Concur, including cost centers, G/L accounts, employee master data, and payroll posting files. Monitor system interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with IT and Corporate SAP teams. Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, SOPs, and end-user training. Perform ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience supporting ADP Payroll, HRIS, or payroll systems. Experience with payroll processing, payroll compliance, and HR regulations. Experience supporting SAP ERP payroll accounting and HR system integrations. Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
