Job Description

We are seeking a CMMS Specialist to own governance, administration, functionality, and data integrity of our IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system. You will be the primary connection between maintenance, operations, engineering, and IT—ensuring reliable asset data, strong preventive maintenance, and clear compliance reporting. What you'll do Maximo administration: Manage user access, application design, workflow configuration, security groups, and system settings (Maximo 7.6 or MAS 9.0). Data integrity & governance: Audit and maintain the asset database—accurate hierarchy, functional locations, and equipment specifications.
PM optimization:
Create, update, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, job plans, and safety plans using OEM guidance and reliability data.
Work order management:
Oversee work orders from generation through close-out, with accurate labor, materials, and repair history. Reporting & analytics: Build and present daily, weekly, and monthly CMMS reports on KPIs such as PM compliance, labor hours, schedule attainment, and MTBF. Training & support: Train and support planners, supervisors, and technicians on Maximo. Integrations & technical support: Support upgrades, patches, testing, troubleshooting, and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). What we're looking for 2-5+ years of experience with Maximo Asset Management (front-end administration preferred). Proficiency in SQL for reporting, Maximo Application Designer, and workflow configuration. Strong grasp of maintenance work management, inventory control, and asset management principles. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
