May 25th, 2027 About this opportunity We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the Network Services Program and Project Management Office (PMO). You will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, governance, and reporting of cellular network site-development and deployment projects. You will work with project managers, engineering, construction, field operations, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to track progress, coordinate activities, manage project information, and help keep initiatives organized and on schedule. Technical depth varies by role—we welcome candidates at all levels of telecom experience. What you will do- Maintain project plans, schedules, milestone trackers, action logs, and project documentation for Radio Access Network (RAN) site initiatives.
- Collect stakeholder updates and prepare weekly and monthly status reports covering progress, upcoming activities, risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Support resource planning, meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, and project governance activities.
- Help identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Support dashboards, presentations, portfolio summaries, change-control documentation, and quality reviews.
- Verify that project records are complete, accurate, current, and stored according to company and customer requirements.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements to PMO processes. The skills you bring
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year college or university in an engineering, computer science, telecommunications, information technology, or related bachelor's or master's degree program.
- Minimum 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, or basic programming, such as Python or scripting.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Interest in project management, data analysis, IT operations, telecommunications, and technical tools.
- Curious about AI, open to using or familiar with AI-assisted tools or workflows, and eager to deepen their skills in an AI-augmented environment ## The skills you will learn
