IAM Analyst#26-24348 Taylor, TX Onsite Job Description Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office Summary of Responsibilities The IAM Analyst will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services team in their routine operations. Responsibilities include assisting with Quarterly and Annual Access Reviews, processing ServiceNow and JIRA tickets, and handling multi-factor authentication RSA SecurID tasks. The role requires the ability to multitask and achieve results by collaborating with both internal and external departments. Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to work alongside various teams across the organization are essential. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with Quarterly and Annual Reviews
IAM JIRA
Project(s)-Processing tickets associated with following projects o Identity and Access Management (IAM) o IT Change Management (ITCM) o 306- IT Identity and Access Management
  • Monitor dashboards
  • IAM Administration
  • RSA Administration
  • Monitor IAM mailbox for troubleshooting and miscellaneous requests
  • Update IAM documentation as required Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Experience working with incident management systems, with preference for JIRA and ServiceNow as ticketing systems.
  • Familiar with SQL
  • Energetic and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Excellent customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite. Education
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
