Job Description

Job Summary The IAM Analyst will support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services team in routine operations. Responsibilities include assisting with Quarterly and Annual Access Reviews, processing ServiceNow and JIRA tickets, and handling multi-factor authentication RSA SecurID tasks. The role requires strong multitasking skills and collaboration with both internal and external departments. Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to work across diverse teams are essential. Key Responsibilities Assist with Quarterly and Annual Reviews Process
IAM JIRA
tickets for Identity and Access Management, IT Change Management, and IT Identity projects Monitor dashboards to track IAM activities Perform IAM administration tasks Manage RSA SecurID administration Monitor IAM mailbox for troubleshooting and miscellaneous requests Update IAM documentation as needed Required Qualifications Experience with incident management systems, preferably JIRA and ServiceNow Familiarity with SQL Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Initiative to work independently and collaboratively within a team Knowledge of Active Directory Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite Education Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
