The Information Technology Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between the Information Technology department and other departments within the organization. This role ensures effective communication, coordination, and collaboration to align technology solutions with organizational needs. The Information Technology Liaison translates business requirements into technical solutions, facilitates project execution, and ensures users have the support and resources needed to maximize technology use.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary bridge between the IT department and other departments within the organization Gather, analyze, and document user needs and requirements for IT systems, projects, and initiatives Communicate IT strategies, updates, and project progress to non-technical stakeholders Assist with the planning, coordination, and rollout of new systems, software, and technology initiatives Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding IT services, best practices, and available tools Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders Identify opportunities for technology improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Assist in training and onboarding users on new systems or upgrades
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must maintain
HIPAA / HITECH
