MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
Own end-to-end operational health of the platform, ensuring systems stay secure, available, and performing to standard across production and non-production environments. Lead a full-spectrum O&M practice spanning monitoring, availability and resiliency, configuration management, system administration, incident response, deployment support, and auditing, rather than managing these as isolated functions. Build and maintain resilient, highly available infrastructure with proactive failure detection, automated recovery, and well-tested contingency plans. Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability, using metrics and reporting to catch issues early and demonstrate SLA compliance. Provide tiered technical support (from routine user issues through complex, code-level fixes) with the responsiveness needed to keep the mission running. Guide smooth transitions, whether onboarding new releases, migrating data, or decommissioning legacy systems, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Champion strong configuration management and audit discipline as the backbone of a secure, well-governed environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science Experience:
10+ years of related experience Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph US citizenship required
Critical Core Competencies:
Cloud Services - Preferred certification in cloud technologies utilized by the Customer, such as AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google Event Bus Programming - Has experience with publish/subscribe technologies and messaging products such as Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ), RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and/or Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS).

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
