Job Description

Our diverse portfolio includes providing full lifecycle support in Precision Strike and Area Effects; Area Protection; Airborne Sensors and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR); Vehicle Protection; Electronic Warfare Systems; Air and Missile Defense; Space Systems, and Intelligence and Information Systems. TSC is seeking a Operations Systems Analyst , in King George, VA This position supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division . We are seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to perform integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems - SLQ32 (V6/V7) variants. Develop and implement procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program. Required Qualifications
- Must have EW experience and be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base 5 days/week.
- Ten (10) years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen and hold a DoD Secret Clearance. Minimal to No Travel. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular, high-performance embedded Linux software systems.
- Familiarity with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
- Experience organizing, leading, and hosting large meetings, workshops, or conferences
- Demonstrated work experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare Systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
- Knowledge of systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
