Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of business systems or manufacturing systems analyst experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC.
• Experience supporting DELMIA Apriso MES or another Manufacturing Execution System.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes.
• Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience performing UAT, integration testing, and system validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience documenting functional specifications and system processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Summary:

• Support manufacturing business systems including SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues and provide timely resolution to production teams.
• Analyze business processes and recommend automated system improvements.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure system settings and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT teams on bug fixes, software updates, and system improvements.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate system functionality before production deployment.
• Create functional documentation and system specifications.
• Provide technical support and consultation to manufacturing users.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
