As a Producer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Systems department supporting the Minecraft Mojang team. • + Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and track team velocity and capacity + Own feature delivery schedules and assign work items effectively + Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers, maintaining documentation + Create and maintain dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists for project milestones + Coordinate with cross-functional teams for release planning, validation, and dependencies •What's Needed?
• + Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, or related fields + Deep familiarity with tools like ADO, Jira, or Confluence for task management and documentation + Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestones + Ability to bridge gaps between creative teams, programmers, and stakeholders + Flexibility and resilience to thrive in an evolving environment and adapt quickly to change •What's in it for me?
