Product Data Management Specialist
Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain ownership and execute configuration/change management processes, including change audits Evaluate, lead, and maintain the coordination of proposed engineering change processing Perform non-technical comprehension checks of engineering/other data to verify that the change data meets requirements Prepare, review, and understand contract deliverables and internal data in support of the various program teams. The data supports multiple disciplines, teams, suppliers and/or customers Verify/support change development, deliveries, and follow on actions Collaborate with and advise fellow internal stakeholders on configuration management principles and best practices Monitor change impact assessments and engineering release deadlines to achieve preferred outcome Facilitate and coordinate meetings as necessary, including tracking of action completeness Maintain delivery schedules for contractual/other program data This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Level 2: 3+ years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and suppliers in support of contract deliverables, internal data and product delivery Experience in the use of Windchill and/or other similar tools for managing, processing or releasing data in support of contract deliverables, internal needs and product delivery Knowledge and work experience in configuration managementConflict of Interest:
