full-time Site Analyst II - IT Support & Infrastructure A leading organization is seeking a Site Analyst II to support, maintain, and operate IT systems and related technologies within a site-based environment. The role provides Level II technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure maintenance, and IT asset management while ensuring reliable and professional support for users across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide 24/7 Level II IT support through an incident and call-tracking system. Troubleshoot technical incidents and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues. Support, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across areas including: Network infrastructure Server infrastructure Telephony systems End-user technology Manage IT assets and maintain accurate records within the organization's inventory system. Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of assigned IT systems and technologies. Apply appropriate administrative access and permissions while maintaining a high level of discretion and security. Provide timely, professional, courteous, and dependable communication to users and internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues. Maintain a working understanding of site-specific IT systems, processes, and operational requirements. Requirements Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent IT experience . 3-5 years of experience in an IT support or infrastructure environment. Strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and associated tools and utilities. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer-service orientation. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 support environment. Appropriate combinations of education and experience may be considered.
