You'll own critical Workday Benefits configuration, help drive Open Enrollment from configuration through go-live, and partner with HR, Benefits, and external vendors to keep a complex environment running smoothly. Direct ownership of Workday Benefits configuration and Open Enrollment. Opportunity to work across Benefits, HR, vendors, and carrier partners. Exposure to enterprise-level benefits systems, compliance, and integrations. Birmingham or Atlanta location options; Atlanta-based employees must travel to Birmingham as needed. Compensation $115,000 annually What You'll Be Doing Configure Workday benefit plans, eligibility rules, events, and event rules. Own systems-side Open Enrollment configuration, testing, and go-live. Support ACA and COBRA administration within Workday. Troubleshoot benefits carrier/vendor EDI feeds. Configure qualifying life events and eligibility waiting periods. Lead testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution. Translate Benefits requirements into Workday solutions and documentation. What You'll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described. Hands-on Workday Benefits configuration experience. Direct Open Enrollment configuration and go-live experience. Benefits carrier/vendor EDI experience. ACA and COBRA administration knowledge. Workday Pro Benefits Certification is a plus. INDIT
