Job Description
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. Work You'll Do As a Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the functional design for a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation by translating Federal client requirements into aligned Core Human Resources (HR) business processes and configuration inputs
- Supporting the Workday Core HR workstream through pre-implementation readiness and planning activities, including deliverables and milestone tracking
- Assisting with pre-implementation discovery and readiness efforts, including current-state assessments, future-state process design, requirements validation, and tracking functional risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Providing Workday functional support by demonstrating Workday capabilities, advising on leading practices and trade-offs, and helping inform client decision-making
- Developing and maintaining pre-implementation work products, including process maps, requirements and design documentation, configuration workbooks, and inputs for data, security, testing, and cutover readiness
- Collaborating with technical and adjacent functional leads to support end-to-end alignment across security, reporting, integrations, and data conversion impacts to Core HR A successful candidate would possess these skills:
