HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
You will provide high-quality application support services to end-users including prioritizing mission critical and non-mission critical issues. You will contribute to the project planning, implementation, support and maintenance of company-wide information systems and SharePoint technologies. You will work in conjunction with analysts, developers, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction when implementing systems.

You possess creativity and are okay with some degree of latitude. You provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers. You rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education/Background:
Required Associate's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business management systems. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be considered. An excellent understanding of, and experience with client-server computing environments. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Other Requirements Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting skills. Ability to learn, use and support a wide range of information systems across multiple business units and business domains. Ability to prioritize mission critical and non-mission critical issues. Assist in the gathering of user requirements for reports, forms, queries, and data extraction. Ability to assist in the planning, analysis, and implementation of projects and systems. Ability to build strong relationships inside the organization. Ability to understand and learn business processes. Ability to work with analysts, administrators, and other end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction when implementing a system. Translates customer requirements to technical specifications. Ability to interview end-users for insight into functionality, interface, problems, and usability issues. Knowledge of SharePoint Technologies and must possess an in-depth understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint.
