Key Responsibilities Handle functional incidents and service requests, including issue triage and resolution Perform business process and configuration troubleshooting within approved scope Support Workday business cycles (compensation, talent reviews, benefits enrollment) Execute standard configuration changes (BP updates, eligibility rules, validations) Support UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation Salary Range
