Duties Lead end-to-end technical recruiting efforts across multiple channels, including social media marketing (recruitment), campus recruitment, and external recruiting initiatives. Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to streamline candidate sourcing, tracking, and communication. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate skills, and manage candidate sourcing to ensure high-volume recruitment success. Negotiate offers with candidates, manage talent management processes, and facilitate employee orientation and evaluation procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates through relationship management strategies. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize sourcing channels, and improve overall talent acquisition performance. Support HR legal compliance by ensuring all recruiting activities adhere to employment law in talent management practices. Implement research initiatives for lead generation and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline. Manage internal recruiting efforts while supporting training & development programs for hiring teams. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical recruiting and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, and talent management software. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards. Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and employee relations strategies. Experience with HR legal compliance regulations related to employment law in talent acquisition practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with training & development processes, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and succession planning initiatives. Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams and external partners.
