The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support IT operations and business decision-making. This role works closely with IT and cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve system performance, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data from IT systems and business applications Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations Monitor system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Support IT projects by providing data insights and analysis Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and requirements Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security standards are maintained Document processes, data definitions, and reporting methods

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an IT environment Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of databases and data structures

Physical Requirements:
