About the Role OLOID is seeking a hands-on technical intern for a full-time, three-month onsite internship at our Sunnyvale, California office. You will build and maintain product demo and testing environments, install OLOID software, configure test devices through MDM platforms, create Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID lab environments, and help ensure product demos are reliable, repeatable, and easy to reset.

$4,000-$5,000 per month Responsibilities Install, configure, update, and test OLOID software in lab environments. Build repeatable demo environments using Windows computers, tablets, kiosks, shared devices, and virtual machines. Create test users, groups, permissions, and devices in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Enroll and configure devices using MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE. Deploy applications, certificates, configuration profiles, and device policies through MDM. Configure and test passwordless authentication, SSO, MFA, badges, NFC readers, cameras, and related workflows. Prepare and reset demo environments for OLOID teams. Test product releases and document defects, logs, and reproduction steps. Troubleshoot software installation, device policies, permissions, networking, certificates, and identity synchronization issues. Maintain an inventory of lab devices, peripherals, accounts, and configurations. Write setup guides, checklists, reset instructions, and troubleshooting documentation. Automate repetitive lab tasks using basic PowerShell or similar scripting tools. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic experience installing and troubleshooting Windows software. Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID. Understanding of users, groups, permissions, device enrollment, and security policies. Basic knowledge of DNS, IP addresses, ports, firewalls, and network connectivity. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills. Ability to learn new technologies and follow technical procedures. Ability to work onsite at OLOID's Sunnyvale office for the full three-month internship. Experience gained through coursework, certifications, personal projects, or home labs is welcome. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, or another MDM platform. Experience with Windows Server, domain joining, Group Policy, or virtual machines. Basic PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting. Familiarity with Android or iPadOS administration. Understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OIDC, FIDO2, or passwordless authentication. Experience with RFID badges, NFC readers, cameras, or biometric devices. CompTIA, Microsoft, or a similar entry-level certification.
