Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential IT suppliers based on company needs, budget, and technical requirements. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing, terms, and service levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers. Draft, review, and manage IT contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and other performance metrics are met. Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations based on performance reviews. Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. Develop competitive pricing strategies through vendor negotiation and alternative sourcing. Coordinate with the IT Department for hardware and software purchases, renewals, and decommissioning. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand IT requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies. Negotiate on-premises solutions and SaaS terms, engaging legal and business units (BUs) as needed. Assist with procuring data center (DC) items, understanding their capabilities and operations. Engage with suppliers to depict periodic requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in IT supply chain management or a similar role. Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic sourcing initiatives.
